1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", "Player") and Kaisar888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kaisar888.cam/ (the "Site") and any associated mobile or web applications.

Kaisar888 is operated by a company incorporated under international jurisdiction and holds a gaming licence issued under the Curaçao e-gaming licensing framework. The Platform is intended for use by adults aged 21 years and above in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling platforms is not expressly prohibited by law.

By creating a Kaisar888 account, accessing the Site, or using any feature, game, or service offered through the Platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Site from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Kaisar888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Kaisar888 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will require age verification documents as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any remaining funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own individual capacity and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. The Company maintains a list of restricted jurisdictions and reserves the right to update this list without prior notice.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Kaisar888, its holding companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding legal agreement.
• You must not currently hold, nor have previously held, an Account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms or any previous terms of service applicable to the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Kaisar888 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and any funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify Kaisar888 promptly of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Kaisar888 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Kaisar888 support immediately.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

Kaisar888 supports a range of deposit methods tailored to the preferences of Malaysian players. All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits (availability subject to change without notice):

Kaisar888 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or money orders. All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) screening. Deposits that trigger AML alerts may be held pending review and may require additional documentation from the Account holder before being credited.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or to methods that have been verified by Kaisar888 as belonging to the Account holder. Kaisar888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.

KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be processed. Kaisar888 reserves the right to request any or all of the following documentation:

• Government-issued photographic identification (MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the withdrawal payment method (e-wallet screenshot, bank account page)
• Source of funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target times and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Kaisar888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each Member may claim each specific bonus offer only once unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded from bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Kaisar888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus at any time if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sporting event bets, casino game rounds, and live dealer game sessions are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant section of the Kaisar888 Platform. In the event of any ambiguity between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that activity.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User once confirmed, except as expressly provided in sport-specific rules (e.g., event cancellation, postponement).
• Kaisar888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or integrity violations.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds, Kaisar888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account Balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. Kaisar888 may impose individual betting limits on any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Kaisar888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kaisar888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting loopholes in bonus terms, or engaging in arbitrage betting specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting to exploit price errors.
• Automated Software: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tool to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in violation of applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider for a deposit that has been used for gaming activity.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer any part of the Platform, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, data, and functionality available on the Kaisar888 Platform (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of Kaisar888 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, or exploit any Content; modify or create derivative works based on any Content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools; or remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on any Content.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Kaisar888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaisar888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Kaisar888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of service; any loss of funds resulting from a technical malfunction where bets have been placed in error; or the reliance on any information provided on the Platform.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Kaisar888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction
• User-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gambling Policy
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormancy policy may apply)

Upon permanent closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Account Balance remaining after deduction of any applicable fees will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, Kaisar888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation.

13. Responsible Gambling

Kaisar888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow Members to manage their gaming activity safely and within their personal means. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount they can deposit within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the maximum amount they can lose within a specified time frame.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure reminders that alert them when they have been actively using the Platform for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications summarising time spent and net gaming activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Kaisar888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Kaisar888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notification to registered Members via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution as designated by the Company.

For Malaysian users, please note that domestic courts in Malaysia may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from offshore online gambling services. By using the Platform, you acknowledge this limitation and agree to the dispute resolution mechanism described above.
